Job Objective : :
Lead VIVA’s Digital Services for achieving their set department strategies, innovating, implementing and operating VIVA’s digital services to deliver an exceptional digital customer experience.
Job Specifications : :
Direct involvement in innovating and improving VIVA’s Digital channels, including, but not limited to, Mobile App, Website, Online Portal, Self-
Service Machines and E-commerce
Take an active role in achieving the digital roadmap, contributing to the Sector's objectives and success
Contribute to the development of the team’s plans, in line with the Sector’s strategy.
Develop and innovate new and existing digital channels to promote VIVA’s digital ecosystem, and delivery exceptional customer digital experience.
Develop detailed business requirements that can be used to create technical product specifications
Create and innovate UX / UI concepts, wireframes, designs and prototypes for existing and new digital channels and systems.
Coordinate with cross functional teams to determine the feasibility of initiatives, and refine the digital related requirements.
Manage online e-commerce product catalogue as well as website content
Perform tracking and follow-up on tasks and projects (individual, collaborative and cross-functional), and show motivation, initiative and ownership to drive tasks to completion.
Create and manage adhoc and on-going e- mail marketing campaigns, including user lists, e-mail templates, automation, reporting and analytics.
Lead digital marketing campaigns, creating artwork, videos, and campaign collaterals.
Monitor and analyze digital service performance and KPIs using analytical tools, and propose plans for continuous optimizations
Lead the effective operations of new and existing digital channels and services.
Perform other duties as requested.
Qualification & Experience : :
Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Marketing, IT or related
Relevant certificates is a plus
4 - 6 Professional experience in a relevant field
