As an EY MENA Contingent Workforce (CW)Recruiter at the SeniorAssociate rank supporting Contract Recruitment, you'll be responsible for attracting,identifying, sourcing, qualifying, engaging and onboarding top contractor talentto fill both client serving and internally facing roles.
The ContingentWorkforce Recruiter is responsible for buildingstrong internal and external relationships and developing a network of keycontacts to increase the pipeline of CW prospects for current and futureopenings.
A deep understanding of theMENA labor laws, EY service lines and business units and an ability to promoteand sell key differentiators of the firm is essential.
The CW Recruiter will be the face of ContingentWorkforce recruitment to our candidates andbusiness stakeholders and thus, will be expected to proactively record and communicatemarket knowledge, data insights, trends and intelligence to the relevantaudiences.
Manage CW candidates through the entireattraction, interview, engagement and onboarding process from assessingcandidate eligibility, to negotiating contractor offer terms and includinginitiating onboarding for new contractors.
Attraction, Sourcing & Qualifying :
Identify andqualify Contingent Workforce opportunities with business stakeholders
Leverage EY CW attraction tool to create talent pools - become a subject matter expert in thistechnology
Identify alternativesourcing strategies such as networking, socialmedia and referral campaigns to build CW talent network
Workstrategically to build diverse pipelines and attract underrepresented minoritygroups supporting our Diversity & Inclusiveness agenda
Partner closelywith Experienced Hire Recruiters and Sourcing team to generate pipelines andshare insights
Work with Recruitmentleadership to assess productivity of the various sourcing channels
Manage manpowersupply vendor relationships and record activities
Conduct pre-qualifyingcandidate interviews
Highlight keyselling points of joining the EY Contingent Workforce to potential CWcandidates to generate interest in contractor opportunities
Guide CW candidatesthrough additional technical assessments / interviews, case studies and duediligence process
Stakeholder and CW Case management :
Act as the mainrecruiting contact for key internal stakeholders and CW candidates
Manage start toend candidate engagement process through CW attraction tool to ensure all datais accurate and updated. Track and measure results
Work with coreinternal teams, the CW candidate and the business stakeholders to determineroute to hire, lawful visa, contract engagement type and onboarding process.
Build and trackindividually tailored case files for each Contingent Worker
Developrelationships and provide regular updates to business stakeholders on pipelinedevelopment and individual CW case management
Market insights, bestpractice & reporting :
Scan themarketplace for trends and obtain information on competitive positioning. Makerecommendations regarding how this information could affect hiring plans and / orsourcing strategies
Monitor andreport on quality and quantity of applicants / volumes / trends / skills / compensation etc.
Gather feedbackfrom the business and Contingent Workforce to identify process improvementareas to enhance user experience
Knowledge and skills requirements :
3 -6 years ofexperience in a contract recruitment environment inprofessional services, corporate or agency
In-depthknowledge of contract recruitment, hiring and immigration laws across the MENAregion
Ability toquickly gain in-depth knowledge of the firm's contractor recruitment policies,processes and protocols
Arabic languageskills preferred
Capability toarticulate and market EY contractor opportunities to CW candidates, navigateimmigration landscape and negotiate / close offers
Ability toquickly adapt to and act as a change agent to champion new technologies, toolsand processes
Excellentin organizational skills; extremely detail and task oriented with the ability to work effectively in a complexand fast-paced environment with high volumes
Utilise strongcustomer focus, strategic thinking, emotional intelligence and a consultativeapproach to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
