Expedite orders in atimely manner.
Practices excellent operationalsanitation.
Executes scheduled banquet functions.
Checks and dates all deliveries received reporting anyvariances to chef in charge.
Verifies that all coolersare at the proper temperatures are cleaned on a daily basis.
Monitors inventory rotation to maintain fresh product withlittle or no waste.
Prepares inventory requisition andreceive supplies as necessary for quality production.
Communicate equipment repair needs with chef in a timelymanner
Incorporates safe work practices in jobperformance.
Performs other duties asrequired.
