  • Ensure customer satisfaction andmaintain high net promoter scores (NPS).
  • Manage the process of the preparation of proposals foreach enquiry ensuring they meet the customers needs.
  • Maintain average rental rate for all equipment as per theapproved rates.
  • Ensure compliance to companyprocedures including EH&S Best Operating Policy &ISO9001 : 2000.
  • Maximize growth and salesdiversification opportunities through depot employees to achieverevenue targets.
  • Develop a network of contactswithin customers and industries specified.
  • Exchange market and business opportunity information withother AME Area Managers.
  • Work closely andcommunicate effectively with all the AME Jebel Ali supportdepartments.
  • Submit monthly management reportsto the Area General Manager.
  • Promote safeworking practices of employees working in and out of thedepot.
  • Demonstrate effective use of ERPsystems to utilise data to enhance business performance.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of the depots, managingfleet availability and minimize under repair equipment.
  • Control costs within published guidelines and authoritylevels.
  • Liaison with the country Agents foreffective and efficient business practices.
  • Monitor competitors activities and submit competitor infoon a regular basis including annual competitor reviewsubmission.
  • Manage Profit and Loss statementin line with Authority Matrix.
  • Completemonthly report; weekly call reports and other administrative taskson time and to the required standards.
  • Conductweekly Power Pack (Depot's KPIs) Meetings withemployees.
  • Continuously monitor the designatedmarket sectors and probe for new opportunities.
  • Ensure all rented equipment conforms to company currentbranding and is in an acceptable condition as per companystandards.
  • To act at all times as ethical,moral and positive agent of the company.
  • Conduct induction, performance appraisal, development andtraining of direct reports.
  • Displays acommitment to Operational Excellence activities.
  • Aggreko places a strong emphasis on Quality, Health,Safety and Environmental protection. It is a requirement and moralobligation of each employee to be actively committed andaccountable for compliance to the Aggreko Health, Safety &Environmental policies, procedures and local legislation, andensure completion and validity of all minimum QHSE training andobjectives required by the company.
