Maximize growth and salesdiversification opportunities through depot employees to achieverevenue targets.
Develop a network of contactswithin customers and industries specified.
Exchange market and business opportunity information withother AME Area Managers.
Work closely andcommunicate effectively with all the AME Jebel Ali supportdepartments.
Submit monthly management reportsto the Area General Manager.
Promote safeworking practices of employees working in and out of thedepot.
Demonstrate effective use of ERPsystems to utilise data to enhance business performance.
Ensure the efficient operation of the depots, managingfleet availability and minimize under repair equipment.
Control costs within published guidelines and authoritylevels.
Liaison with the country Agents foreffective and efficient business practices.
Monitor competitors activities and submit competitor infoon a regular basis including annual competitor reviewsubmission.
Manage Profit and Loss statementin line with Authority Matrix.
Completemonthly report; weekly call reports and other administrative taskson time and to the required standards.
Conductweekly Power Pack (Depot's KPIs) Meetings withemployees.
Continuously monitor the designatedmarket sectors and probe for new opportunities.
Ensure all rented equipment conforms to company currentbranding and is in an acceptable condition as per companystandards.
To act at all times as ethical,moral and positive agent of the company.
Conduct induction, performance appraisal, development andtraining of direct reports.
