  • Manage the restaurantadministration & supervise the cleanliness andorganization.
  • Supervise the coordinationbetween sections so that the food and service is provided promptlyto guest.
  • Supervise the quality of food& drinks and its presentation from time to time so thatpoor food does not reach guest.
  • Supervise thehygiene and food safety practices in the restaurant.
  • Manage discipline and cooperation between staff to getthe best output.
  • Supervise and coordinate thetraining in the restaurant so that the trainee is ready ontime.
  • Involve in the detail cleaning of thesections, kitchen and restaurant as needed.
  • Take instructions from the Manager- Operations andexecute.
  • Maintain a cordial and cooperativeteam atmosphere in the restaurant to run the operationsmoothly.
  • Safe guard the equipments andproducts of the restaurant from being misused.
