The coordination and monitoring of Contract progress, which shall include the preparation of the Contract programme, monitoring of progress and submission of monthly progress reports.
The PM shall give a full account of the Contract progress and programme at regular progress meetings;- Contract communication between the Employer’s Representative and the Contractor.
The PM shall attend all meetings involving the Contractor and the Employer’s Representative and shall have full delegated authority on behalf of the Contractor;
Producing method statements and obtaining the Employer’s Representative’s approval;- Managing any subcontractors and ensuring that all codes, standards and any other technical requirements of the Contract are complied with by subcontractors;
Producing, in advance of the work being undertaken, detailed method statements;- The coordination and preparation of record drawings and operation and maintenance manuals;
The preparation and co-ordination of training of the Employer’s personnel;- The submission of payment valuations and claims;
