1.Identification of new routes in order to achieveCompany’s marketing goals and services level pertainingto the assigned territory
2. Prepare theMarketing / Business Plan and to allocate responsibilities for theattainment of marketing goals and services levels
3. Monitor performance of marketing goals and serviceslevels, taking remedy if any shortfalls in consultation with SeniorManager Sales
4. Development and achievement ofsales target.
5. Developing suitable salesstrategy for the market and ensure achievement of marketshare
6. Recommend on passenger fare structureto ensure high yield and to maximise the revenue
7. Devise, implement, operate and maintain campaigns andother marketing devices to maximise the uplift
8. Liaise closely with the Senior Manager Sales in allaspects of medium and long term corporatedevelopment.
