Position Description The Diplomat Radisson Blu Hotel, Residence & Spa Bahrain is seeking candidates to fill up the position of Executive Sous Chef


Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will have the following responsibilities :

  • To assist the Executive Chef in managing all aspects of the culinary operation to achieve all revenue, profit and guest satisfaction goals of the Food & Drinks department
  • Follows all food safety / HACCP regulations and procedures related to the storage and preparation of food at all times, supervising and observing that all direct report team members do the same at all times

  • Possesses strong knowledge and culinary skills in European cuisine
  • Demonstrate a Yes I Can! attitude at all times and maintains a high standard of customer service
  • Guest oriented and service minded
  • Dynamic and adaptive
  • Well presentable and follows good personal hygiene
  • Organized and methodical at work
