Must have good communication skills, written andverbal in English & Arabic. Excellent Customer Service Skills.Working experience of at least 12 months at an airline or a travelagency using the Sabre system or any other GDS.
Thorough SABREknowledge, airline and / or travel agency background preferred.Strong Technical, Troubleshooting & Problem-solving skills Highlevel of resistance to stress and ability to perform multiple taskssimultaneously.
