  • complex diary management, including scheduling and coordinating internal and external meetings, conference calls and video conferences across different time zones
  • support with preparation of conference rooms, meeting materials, agendas and taking minutes and make sure presentations are updated on a regular basis
  • working in a highly professional office, including answering calls and dealing with general enquiries
  • preparation of international travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, detailed itineraries, including expense reimbursements
  • contribute to projects and activities as appropriate for the team e.g. marketing campaigns, communication support and day-to-day operational activities
  • Proactively identify where additional support can be given to the leaders / managers in the team.
