Respond to Residence owners' andtheir guests' requests for visitor information, specialarrangements, or services (e.

g., transportation, reservations, drycleaning) by making arrangements or identifying appropriateproviders. Respond to special requests from Residence owners andtheir guests with unique needs and follow up to promotesatisfaction.

Gather, summarize, and provide information toResidence owners and their guests about the property and thesurrounding area amenities, including special events andactivities.

Announce all visitors, contractors, etc. to Residenceowners before allowing them to go up and permit access to onlyauthorize visitors, and implement into the key track system.

Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, requests,questions, or concerns. Contact appropriate individual ordepartment (e.

  • g., Engineer, Bellperson, Housekeeping) as necessaryto resolve call, request, or problem. Understand and assist withowners'
  • reservation services (HRS). Assist with schedulingof the elevator for move-in / out for Residence owners / tenants.Assist with Bell / valet services for owners when requesting fortheir vehicles.

  • Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks. Review shiftlogs / daily memo books and document pertinent information inlogbooks. Report any incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafework conditions to manager;
  • and complete safety training andcertifications.
