  • Develop and present personalized training agendas and motivate clientele to achieve goals, giving clear and concise explanations for relevant recommendations.
  • Designed fitness and nutritional programs on an individual basis to help clients reach personal weight loss and wellness goals.
  • Instruct a variety of cardiovascular, strength, dance or strength and conditioning-based group fitness class formats to students and faculty / staff .
  • Examples include step, TNT (tight-and-tone), core, BOSU, kickboxing, circuit, cardio dance and bootcamp

  • Taught group fitness classes such as circuit training, spin, piyo, yoga, pilates, pilates equipment, silver sneakers (cardio, ROM, and yoga stretch), Zumba and Zumba Gold.
  • Introduced customers to gym and equipment by performing individual assessments.
  • Designed menus and offered support in client's daily nutrition and eating plans
