Palo Alto Networks is looking for a dynamic HR professional to join our Talent Operations team as a Staffing Coordinator.
This is a long term contract position.
Job Responsibilities :
Manage high volume interview scheduling and offer generation
Partners with the recruiters and hiring managers to achieve an efficient, accurate & high touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting and onboarding lifecycle.
Provide proactive guidance & communication to candidates, team members and hiring managers as it relates to the logistics, timing & legal requirements throughout the candidate and hiring manager experience
Schedule candidate interviews using Jobvite, our applicant tracking system.
Manage candidate background checks through a third party vendor.
Complete the offer, hiring & new hire onboarding processes for new employees.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and maintains confidentiality.
Flexible and able to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and deadlines
Detail oriented; able to connect dots to see the bigger picture of related issues and solutions.
High degree of attention to detail, and excellent organization skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient at handling high volumes of work and multi-tasking.
Proficient in use of MS Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
