Working with the Talent Team,you’ll help develop and execute our graduate development strategy,which provides the programs, measures and tools that help ouremployees achieve their goalsResponsible for developing aconsistent Graduate Development strategy for the region in linewith global talent guidelines.

Responsible for ensuring effectiveimplementation of the Graduate Development strategy with theinclusion of any country / business / SL specificrequirements.

  • Responsible for consistent implementation of theGraduate Development strategy across the region.. Conductsstakeholder management, builds and maintains relationships withregion and / or country leadership, talent teams and other EYnetworks.
  • Your key responsibilitiesAs a Graduate DevelopmentConsultant, you will be responsible for developing a consistentgraduate development strategy for the region in line with theglobal talent guideline.

    Working closely with the business, campusrecruiting, Talent Consultants / HR enablement, Talent Developmentand shared services in ensuring consistent deployment of theGraduate Development strategy.

  • Other key responsibilitiesinclude : Engage with the business leadership to obtain buy-in forthe Graduate Development strategy and plan, with the aim ofimproving engagement and retention of graduatesEnsure effectiveimplementation of the strategy with the inclusion of any specificcountry or service line requirementsTrack effectiveness of theinduction and on-boarding program;
  • obtain business feedback andcoordinate with HR Enablement for process improvements at theregion levelManage all SL qualification policies and progressagainst qualification for all Graduates until promotion toSeniorWork to increase the number of graduates who quickly advancein achieving their qualification and achievingUnderstand reasonsfor leaving and address these where applicableEnsure all graduatesare getting the necessary soft skills and technical training acrossthe region and all SLsEngage with the business to ensure they havea transition plan in place and understand their responsibilities insupporting new hires to integrate into the EY environmentWorktowards achieving various targets e.
