proactively resolve all account issues Serve as a point of contact for customer enquiries, requests, and concerns Qualifications : Graduate of any degree preferably in business administration At least 2+ years B2B experience with relevant market knowledge and contacts in the HORECA Excellent spoken and written communication skills (Arabic speaking an advantage) Computer literate;
