Job Objective : Provide administrative support to the Chief Business Officer and Corporate Affairs Sector.

Job Specifications :

Collaborates with other team members and takes initiative.

Provide administrative support to the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer including :

  • Diary management.
  • Flight and hotel booking.
  • Filing
  • Typing and document formatting.
  • Call screening and responding.
  • Stationary ordering.
  • Consolidation of expenses.
  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Affairs Sector including all tasks as listed above and :

  • VISA processing.
  • Internal meeting coordination (invitations, room booking, refreshments, minute taking).
  • Catering and arranging equipment for meetings / away days etc.
  • Internal information gathering.
  • Qualification & Experience :

    Secretarial qualification from a recognized institution.

    3-5 years of secretarial experience supporting a large team.

    English and Arabic language skills.

    Additional Information : The position is open only for Bahraini nationals
