  • Responsible for Key Account Management, Negotiating deals with keyaccounts
  • Resolving Issue with keyaccounts and Achieving targets.
  • Havecomplete accountability of the service levels across differentworkflows and work with the respective internal teams to ensureservice delivery as per committed SLAs.
  • Should manage the day to day servicedeliverables, manage operators service escalations and ensureappropriate resolution.
  • shouldpossess strong account management skills and be a proven peopleleader.
  • should have the ability todeliver services as per agreed service levels, manage workflows ina distributed work environment and lead or participate actively incontributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Propose and negotiate solutions to secure newsales for existing customers
  • Retainexisting and grow additional revenue from all assignedaccounts
  • Work to ensure end-to-endcustomer success / satisfaction in order to drive new revenuegrowth.
