1.Preparation ofclient billing and subcontract billing in coordination with ouraccount department.
2.Responsible for Project resourceplanning i.e, material planning, manpower planning, Subcontractorwork planning, machinery planning and monitoring regularly as perBOQ
3. Budget control of all site activities as perBOQ
4.Preparation of statement for claims andaccordingly coordinating with the Sr. Project engineer and clientto deal the issues as per BOQ / Contract.
7.Preparationof periodic progress reports and monitoring.
8.Preparation of Reconciliation of site related material.
9.Handling ERP software and controlling tools bothSub-contractors work orders and Client Bills in coordination withour Account department .
10.To coordinate withrepresentatives of customer / client for processing of payments andproviding necessary clarification on method of measurements / interpretation of contract specification 11.
Reports to Sr. Projectengineer and Head of Estimation.
