About the job An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Manager (GCC) to join the culinary team in Jumeirah Royal Saray Bahrain.

The main duties and responsibilities of this role :

  • Main Focus Saudi Market (Corporate, Leisure, Government)
  • Sales call on monthly basis to KSA meeting the top clients
  • Handles customer inquiries and lead requests for locally driven groups with rooms.
  • Works with customers to align preferences and actively up-sells each business opportunity to maximize revenues and drive customer loyalty.
  • Verifies that business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for quality service delivery.
  • Drives customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
  • Processes business correspondence and creates contracts and other related booking documentation as required.
  • Manages the transaction of group customer inquiries and lead requests and achieves revenue and booking goals for the team.
  • Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings.
  • Builds and maintains strong working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Gains understanding of the property’s primary target customer and service expectations; serves the customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, to offer better business solution both prior to, and during, the program / event.
  • Qualifications

    About you : The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :

  • Outgoing personality with ability to communicate fluently with guests and colleagues.
  • Passion and ability to stimulate ideas and implement them.
  • Enthusiastic
  • Ability to travel on Monthly basis during the whole year
  • Handling the Saudi Market minimum 2 years
