Assists residents, family members, and otherswith inquiries regarding Resident and facilityinformation.
Faxes and photocopies informationas needed.May keep a record of absences and hours worked by unitpersonnel.
Answers the telephone in aprofessional manner; directs calls to appropriate individuals,and / or takes messages.Using a PC, may generate correspondence,statistical data, special reports, etc.
Accurately maintains records in compliance with companystandards.
