Havelock One Interiors is looking for HR Analyst’ to join us in Bahrain.

Established over 20 years ago, Bahrain is our operational hub where our specialist joinery and metal-work manufacturing teams as well as most of the back-office functions are based.
Our turnkey fit-out contracting arms are operating in Bahrain, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait and KSA.
Role Summary :
Analysing data and information for making recommendations based on findings; coordinating reviewing and administering activities;
conducting research and analysing findings; participating in special projects; and / or, performing other related activities for the HR team.
Role description :
Gather benchmark data about jobs, compensation and benefits for staff and workers
Map out salary ranges for our open positions, promotion and increases on periodic basis
Assess results from employee performance reviews
Support periodic increases, promotion, and similar request
Work on monthly HR metrics like for recruitment, HR operations, turnover etc
Work on complete CTC model and present it on monthly basis
Forecast costs by department and help create budgets
Tally budgets with finance team on monthly basis
Analyze employees’ answers to internal surveys (like job satisfaction surveys)
Coordinate with IT team for system automation to simplify the processes and ensure accurate measurement of operational data and reports
Improve management reporting, HR budgets, board submission, presentations etc
Manage all compliance reviews as determined by the risk assessments and audits including planning, control testing, evaluation and reporting for all activities associated with HR
Qualifications :
Master’s degree in business administration or a related field.
Experience :
Relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. Minimum two year of professional level experience in applicable human resources area in GCC.
