Meets with potential or currenttenants to discuss leasing and property rules and provides newtenants with an introduction letter regarding emergency contacts,insurance requirements, rent collection procedures, and maintenancerequest procedures and land surveying.
Maintains and updates property and lease files inaccordance with company policy
Prepares andmaintains appropriate tenant lease files, records, correspondenceand file notes
Updating the PropertyManagement Plan, Preventative Maintenance Policies &Procedures and Property Operations Manual
Attracts tenants by advertising vacancies, explainingadvantages of location and services and showing units
Preparation of the annual budget, tracking expendituresand recommending corrective actions in due time
Recommends cost reduction and rent enhancementopportunities
Assists the finance departmentregarding property related questions
Reviewsand understands all lease terms and conditions and suggestsrecommendations or improvements as required.
