An exciting opportunity for a Regional Retail Marketing Manager to join our team in Bahrain.
Purpose of the role :
As Regional Retail Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the continual development of retail operations with primary responsibility for retail marketing and related activities within the assigned territory.
Principal accountabilities :
Develop and implement national marketing plans in cooperation with retailers.
Coach and develop retailer staff in line with McLaren requirements to deliver the required Marketing KPIs as well as the McLaren customer experience.
Effectively communicate and document, to the factory and the Retailers, any performance challenges and actions planned to improve performance as well as correct any deficiencies against the standards.
Champion and lead the effective utilisation of Retailer CRM systems, to efficiently manage leads, owners and former owners yielding a high ROI for both retailer and McLaren.
Knowledge, skills & experience :
Demonstrated experience in developing positive working relationships with independent automotive retailers
In-depth understanding of the automotive industry
Experience within luxury retail environment highly beneficial
Passionate about sports cars segment with relevant product and industry knowledge
Communication, performance reporting and business case justification at a strategic level within an organisation
Experience in automotive marketing at a management level with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to drive the marketing process from planning to execution and analysis
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of an organization
