We are now looking to recruit General Managers who provide a wide range of experience encompassing :

  • Financial management
  • Legal consultancy
  • Quality assurance

  • Inventory control

  • Purchasing management
  • Job Responsibilities :

    General Responsibilities :

  • Supervise all activities and services provided by AO departments to current and potential clients
  • Prepare project reports to the client periodically or when required
  • Prepare management reports periodically or when required
  • Liaise with the legal department to formally onboard new clients

    Brief and communicate with all departments about the new client and the tasks required by them

    Support clients directly by :

  • Meeting clients on a regular basis to understand the needs, fill the gaps and assure high standard services
  • Assess client restaurants and give recommendations for improving various aspects of the business, with the end goal of attracting more customers and increasing profit
  • Gathering data to clarify the client s current situation and determine threats and opportunities
  • Formulate concrete strategies and assist with implementation by leading projects themselves or training employees
  • Conduct in-depth observations of restaurant clients and engage in market research, taking note of competitors and target demographics
  • Develop thorough and detailed business strategies, reports, analysis and forecasting, as well as concept development
  • Supervise and lead all services required by client such as branding or rebranding, menu creation or re-engineering, quality management, costing and pricing, hiring, evaluating kitchen layout and selecting equipment, etc.
  • Continuously assess the operations of a restaurant and provide solutions to increase efficiency and drive down costs
  • Working with finance department to set budgets for all clients
