If you have a Bachelors degree preferably in education, special education, or psychology and have experience in or a strong desire to begin working with children, then you might be interested in training as a Primary Therapist.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work one-to-one with behaviourally and / or developmentally challenged children applying the ABA Therapy approach, which we will train you in.
Participate in maximizing the life outcomes of the children with whom you work as part of multidisciplinary team.
Implement ABA programs set by your Supervisor and overseen by your Lead Therapist.
Organize and maintain teaching environment and instructional materials.
Adhere and maintain the integrity of Think and provide a service level that will help us achieve our vision of maximizing the life outcomes of the children we work with.
Skills and experience we are looking for
A Bachelor’s degree is preferable but not essential
Background working with children
Ability to work well in a team
Energetic and dynamic personality
Strong work ethic
Excellent language and communication skills
Willingness to learn and grow as a professional
Willingness to work hard and to develop new and challenging skills
Respect for children and families
Understanding of local culture
Already being a qualified RBT therapist, or having experience with behaviour therapy is a plus
