What is FUN Program?
The F uture U niversity N etwork (FUN) Program at Zain Bahrain has been designed to develop Bahraini youths on soft and technical skills in a challenging environment in order to make ready for the business world.
Answering customers inquiries

Providing personalised customer service of the highest level

Handling all types of tickets in a timely manner.
Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle Customers bills, products and services inquiries
Identifying areas of improvement in complaints & Service requests handling processes applied at all touch points
Developing product knowledge by keeping up to date with service and product offerings as made available by ZAIN BH
Selling Zain's Products and Services (post-paid and prepaid lines, handsets, accessories, vouchers) and all kinds of after sales services for existing and new customer.
Delivering and dispatch stock and handle stock count regularly in coordination with the team leader.
Managing inventory at point of sale, ensuring secure storage and assisting in reconciliations
Collecting payments from customers in a secure and orderly manner
Key Selection Criteria
Accumulated previous work experience shall not exceed 20 months.
