Job Objective : Steer & execute VIVA Bahrain’s corporate strategy ensuring alignment with STC Group and consistency across the organization Key Responsibilities :
Own and manage the corporate performance reporting function, including development of all internal / external performance reports and definitions of KPIs included in management reporting
Develop and present regular performance management dashboards, highlighting areas for focus and / or improvement to ensure corporate objectives are being met
Carry out in-depth and detailed ad-hoc analysis on specific aspects of corporate performance, with an aim to conduct root cause analysis behind underperformance and identify corrective actions
Define, implement and own VIVA Bahrain’s data analytics strategy / roadmap in terms of platforms, solutions, KPIs and dashboards
assist in identifying obstacles and enablers and collaborate with relevant chiefs / directors.
Provide guidance in strategy development and implementation at the organization, sector and department level, ensuring insights derived from corporate performance management and strategy execution management are fully cascaded into the corporate strategy / business plan development process
provide tracking information as a basis for adjustment.
Prepare and manage all material for Quarterly Board, Executive Committee and Audit Committee meetings (including agendas, presentations, action items, minutes, etc.)
Act as the focal contact point for the STC Group performance management team, providing regular reports, addressing queries and ensuring the correct context of performance management is communicated to all external stakeholders
Manage the operational activity of the section and oversee the interaction other sections so as to breed a culture of high performance and team work in an engaging professional environment
Contribute to the development of the Strategy & Planning Section objectives and participate in their achievement by performing related activities.

Academic Qualification : Master’s degree in business or equivalent from a recognized university Professional Experience :
8-10 years of relevant corporate experience in steering the development and implementation of corporate strategies.
Direct and relevant experience in the telecommunications industry or experience in management consulting with a telecom focus
