The selected candidate will be responsible for handling face to face customers and understanding their needs. You will be attending incoming calls, handling cash and credit sales transactions as well as creating quotations and orders.
Overlooking inventory management and handling the administrative tasks of the branch is crucial for this role. This role requires you to market the new and existing products of the department.
You need to ensure all company policies, quality standards, processes and procedures are followed at all times and also the branch premises, equipment and work areas are well maintained.
Having experience in Oracle and basic automotive parts will be a plus.
We, at E.K.Kanoo, are looking for a Parts Advisor who will be reporting to the Supervisor . The ideal candidate would have excellent English communication in both written and verbal English.
Arabic would be an advantage. The selected candidate should be an energetic, effective team player who loves customer engagement, has good administrative skills and is target driven.
