We are looking for a Pastry Baker to prepare differenttypes of bread and a wide range of pastries, like Manaeesh LebanesePastry, Turkish Pide and Pizza.
Baker responsibilities includeopening the bakery early in the morning, mixing dough, preparingfillings and glazing pastries.
To be successful in this role, youshould have work experience as a Baker and be able to decoratecakes using creative techniques.

Responsibilities Open the bakery early in the morningClean kitchen equipment and tools before use Weigh flour and otheringredients to prepare dough Bake different bread types, likepretzels, baguettes and multigrain breads Adjust oven temperaturesto ensure proper baking Mix various ingredients to createfillings Decorate Pastry Shape dough to prepare different typesof pastries Prepare custom-made pastries based on customers’preferences Recommend recipes to our menu and attract morecustomers Track food supplies and place orders, as neededRequirements Experience as a Baker, Pastry Chef or similar roleFamiliarity with all professional kitchen equipment, includingmixers, blenders and dough sheeters Understanding of food safetypractices Experience with cake decoration techniques Excellenttime-management skills Ability to remain calm and focused in afast-paced environment Team spirit, with a customer-focusedattitude Flexibility to work in early morning shiftsCertification from a culinary school is a plus
