In collaboration with theevent teams and Executive Director, plan, deliver and evaluateevents in line with strategic plans, brand guidelines and withinbudget
Lead the achievement of eventtargets through effective team management
Identifyopportunities for event growth
Identify and validate newevent launches. Launch events every 18 months and build teamcapacity for effective execution.
Develop innovative ideas for event features and content to attractand enhance visitor / client experience
Implement effective people management practices to driveperformance and results
Establish andmaintain key stakeholder relationships
Attain thorough knowledge of historical eventperformance, current run rate and provide accurateforecasting.
Control the eventsP&L, costs and headcount to ensure profit targets aremet.
