We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our Catalyst Technologies sector. You will be responsible for managing the sales process for your direct sales account customers across the MEA region.
You will contribute to our Fuels & Energy business by driving overall financial performance for the region. This includes continued growth and profitability consistent with our strategy while building and maintaining effective relationships with your customers and stakeholders (both internal and external) in an ethical and safe manner.
Implement and drive the regional strategy that is consistent with the business growth and profitability requirements in a safe and ethical manner.
Manage the sales process for customers from pre-qualification through negotiation to closing profitable sales deals. This may include professional delivery of all proposal documents and tender responses for some allocated customers.
As and when new initiatives and innovations are introduced, these must be incorporated within the proposal / tender response (if appropriate).
Deliver sales, gross profit margin, and customer contribution for the sales territory. This includes delivering new business opportunities and new projects in the region through collaboration with other team members.
Building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and stakeholders which create value and build transformational long-term partnerships
Providing technical and product advice to customers which will drive their project and investment plans, improve efficiency and performance of their production assets and processes, and bring value to JM and customers.
Continually seeking and developing opportunities for the introduction of new products and services to customers.
Coordinating with Technical Service to ensure superior product performance for customers
Sharing customer and market insights with relevant Catalyst Technologies teams to better understand market requirements and improve JM offering.
Collaborate with supporting functions, such as TPI manager and Insides Sales representative, to support customers and deliver business growth targets in the region.
Champion change and role model the behaviours for continuous business improvement and success.
Ensuring all activities are undertaken in accordance with JM code of ethics and EHS policy and practices
Are you the ideal candidate?
You will have / be :
Experienced sales professional, you will have proven technical sales experience including complex negotiations.
Arabic Language skills both written and oral
Educated to degree level, or equivalent, within a scientific or technical discipline.
Expertise setting up and managing sales channels and processes.
An established background in Hydrogen, Additives, Refineries, Catalyst
Understanding of the Refineries market place
