Job Objective : : Support VIVA’s Business team in achieving their set financial targets by providing all related presales activities (Processes, procedures, contracts, guidelines, solution design).
To participate as well in sales activities and resume all duties related to bid management and mega deals Job Specifications : :
Participate in the achievement of the Section's objectives by performing related activities
Autonomously operate within the policies, procedures, systems and frameworks applicable to the Section to enable the section to operate efficiently
Technical Pre sales and project leadership for business to ensure all component parts are driven with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the required custom solution(s)
Liaise closely with the Sales community to proactively engage with all pre-sales activity to drive incremental sales revenue.
Product of complex customer proposals
Qualify and evaluate sales opportunities in pipeline and track progress of assigned opportunities.
Improve the sales cycle time to market / time to respond to customer requests
Establish relationships with the top business key customer contacts to understand their requirements in support of opportunity generation
Participate in Creating, preparing and maintaining the needed procedures, documents and policies related to sales activities and prepare proposal / tendering templates.
Drive focus with the correct deals and to ensure alignment with Business sales strategy
Improve enterprise sales closure rate by reviewing all submitted Opportunities and enhance elements to make future prospect more competitive.
Qualification & Experience : :
Bachelor’s degree in Telecom Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, Marketing, Business or equivalent from a recognized university
5-7 years of relevant experience in International Business solutions, Presales and Bid Management, Network operations and solution delivery, Key Account Corporate Sales with a telecom company (Combined Experience is preferable)
