  • Monitor RevPAR index and providecritical analysis of hotel’s performance. Lead theRevenue team and work with Sales team in the development of longand short-term strategies to address any deficiencies and tocontribute to the ongoing growth of RevPAR market share.
  • Develop and maintain a robust and currentknowledge of the SBU’s marketplace and competitiveenvironment. Understand the macro and micro-economic variablesaffecting supply and demand in the local marketplace, and use thisknowledge to create accurate operational and financialrooms’ revenue forecasts.
  • Prepare annual rooms’revenue budget and co-author with Director of Business Developmentthe SBU’s annual Sales, Marketing and Revenueplan.

  • Be actively involved in thecreation of weekly and monthly forecasts for catering, F&Band Spa performance and give recommendations for the optimizationof RevPASM, RevPASH and RevPATBH.
  • Perform unconstrained demand analysis to determine optimal businessmix for SBU. Considering optimal and forecasted levels of businessfrom each market segment, work with the Director of BusinessDevelopment to direct the SBU’s sales effortsaccordingly.
