Atthe request of our client, Gulf Connexions is the exclusiveexecutive search partner looking to identify an experienced Salesand Business Development Manager.

The newly appointed Sales and BDManager will lead and oversee the growth of profits by developingand maintaining effective key client relationships.

JobResponsibilities : · Support the corporate decision-making to ensure the organizationmaximizes its short, medium, and long-term profitability andshareholderreturns.

  • Achievinggrowth and hitting assigned salestargets.· Build andpromote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partneringwith them and understanding theirneeds.
  • Presentsales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to themanagement team. ManagementResponsibilities : · Develop leads, sourcing, managing, and implementing new businessdevelopment.
  • Impact the profitability of the company through ensuring strategicand tactical management decision and new business developmentresults.
  • Maintainand develop organizational culture, values, and reputation in itsmarket and with all staff, customer, suppliers, partners, andregulatory / officialbodies.
