Overview :
Responsible for assisting the Digital Marketing Director in managing the digital strategy and the accompanying digital media plans and key tactics for all Clients to effectively connect brands with their online customers
Principle duties / Tasks :
Planning digital and social media marketing campaigns to align with objectives
Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns
Client servicing
Collaborate with the internal creative team
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including email, social media and Google advertising campaigns
Create social media content calendars
Collaborate with internal teams to create website landing pages and optimize user experience
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Use a social media management tool to schedule posts, respond to comments, monitoring, and reporting
Perform research on current trends
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Brainstorm new ideas and recommendations from the insight learnings to meet objectives
Support the digital executive team in training for social media management tools and campaign planning
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
3+ year of marketing experience
Content creation skills
