Facilitate meetings, conferences, and events; scheduling, coordinating food & beverage service, running presentations, etc.
Process expense reports in a timely manner and in accordance with accounting department standards and policies.
Prepare business presentations, reports, and correspondence utilizing MS Office Suite and another spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining copy and break rooms.
Assist employees and job candidates with business travel coordination.
Participate in Employee Moral Committee.
