ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales activities
  • Conduct sales-related activities by email, phone and in person to promote HMT products to potential clients
  • Assist customers to select the right equipment for their applications
  • Achieve specification of HMT products for projects and facilities in the territory
  • Generate proposals for HMT products; including equipment selection, cost estimating and proposal writing
  • Work with the available CRM systems to keep them up to date
  • Work with Director Sales & Marketing and other EMEA team members to create sales strategies and plans
  • Project execution activities
  • Review purchase orders for accuracy upon receipt
  • Hand off all pertinent information to Inside Sales / Project Management personnel to ensure smooth execution
  • Assist Inside Sales / Project Management personnel to obtain necessary data from the client to execute project
  • Agent-related activities-Work with Director Sales & Marketing to direct agent / distributor activities, including
  • Develop potential / target client list for each agent’s territory
  • Gather intelligence on client needs or problems in the territory
  • Gather market / competitive intelligence
  • Develop tactical sales plans for each major target client
  • Work with Director Sales & Marketing to conduct review and feedback of each agent once per year
  • Integrity / Code of Conduct
  • Abide by HMT Code of Conduct at all times
  • Complete the 3 monthly courses of compliance in due time
  • Abide by all laws at all times
  • Conduct business activities and represent HMT with the highest moral and ethical standards
  • EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Experience in refinery or terminal operations in the responsible region
  • English language capabilities both written and oral fluency
  • Good technical aptitude and comfort level with technical products
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related technical field
  • Exercises sound business and commercial judgment at all times
  • Strong follow up and organizational skills
  • Reporting to Director sales & marketing periodically
  • Availability to travel for sales calls, presentations and agent / distributor review / trainings
