Director of Human Resource- Cluster Role Director of Human Resources and Development- Cluster Role The Director of Human Resources and Development for a Hotels Group will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resources and Training operation of the Group including the daily HR functions.
Preferred aged between 35 and 50 yearsPrevious experience : working in an Arabic country, UAE and / or Bahrain experience would be a big advantageFluency in English is essential and fluency in Arabic a significant advantage.
A strong HR leadership style covering unit and ideally cluster / regional business units preferably (but not essentially) within a 5 star hotel environment which would ideally be within a recognized international hotel chain.
Will have an in-depth knowledge of employment law and ideally be experienced in working within a unionized environment. Skill set should include innovative practices to the Group HR team with a pro-active and results driven approach to business Have an out-going personality and a desire to interact at all levels of management including business partners and especially staff of diverse nationalities and culturesShould be able to naturally embrace all elements of business change with an ability to naturally think outside the boxHave proven hands on experience leading initiatives specifically related to the personal development of senior managerial and experience successfully leading the development of managerial talent pooling Starting salary : USD 60,000 net plus bonus, family medical, accommodation, travel etc.
