Responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design. Develop analysis, reporting capabilities, monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.
What Do You Need to Qualify
Ability to develop a strong understanding across all business-related functions.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex digital data sets.
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities withing data sets and business processes.
Establish an integrated reporting framework identifying key growth metrics for different functions.
Ability to create and maintain cross-channel dashboards through use of data visualization tools
Support work on integrating digital data with other data sources
Share insights and reports to senior management and other internal stakeholders
Ensure that analytics data is accurate and there is sufficient monitoring in place to spot issues
Continually assess and audit web analytics effectiveness
Implement on-site analytics changes. Make scope changes, use processing rules and create new classification rules
Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases / data systems
Coordinate tools for process management and ensure that cycle guidelines are adhered to.
Ability to develop, audit, and test campaigns in ways that optimize key performance indicators (KPIs)
Perform any other related duties as assigned or needed.
Qualifications & Experience :
BS in Computer Science, Information Management, Mathematics, Economics or Statistics or any relative field of study.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital / business analysis or a relative field.
Knowledge and expertise in digital marketing and reporting (Google Analytics, Google ads, Firebase, Digital Marketing, SEO, Web Analytics, e-commerce, and other related tools).
Experience with HTML technologies and Java Scripts preferred.
