Responsibilities : Design, Vision and Scope, Strategyand Technical DocumentsAccountable for maintaining a high degree ofsolution architecture and design capability with deep technicalskills in Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Exchange Server,0365, skype for business, Azure, SCCM, SCOM.
Understand customerenvironment and define business requirements with engagement andpractice managers.Develop architectural / functional design documentbased on existing examples or new requirements.
Map product solutionand technical information to customer’s context; Conduct informalrisk analysis.Create local prototype, or proof of concept, to testsolution.
Understanding the relevant application development,infrastructure and operations implications of thedesigned / developed solution.
Deliver engagements as an individualcontributor, technical subject matter expert or as a team member onsmall projects.Transfer skills to customers (and project team)through effective communication & service engagements.
Identifyopportunities for providing value to customers, proactivelyoffering to engage our services & ensuring they’re satisfiedwith the delivery of the services.
Remain technically competent in abroad range of MS products & technologies within area ofexpertise.On-going Advice (Knowledge Transfer) to the Customer andPartners.
Build knowledge base and gather best practices ontechnology, products, business processes, and the industry.Preparedocumentation as requiredExperience & Attributes / SkillsGraduatein science or Bachelor of Engineering in ICT, with Microsofttechnology certifications like MCSE, MCSA and MCSD, preferably withITIL or MSF Certified.
8-10 years in IT systems integration andservices and has engaged on minimum 7-10 large to mid-sizedprojects.
