Purpose of the Job
As the Operating Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative support along with clerical tasks that aid the daily business operations of MP Bahrain.
The incumbent will work closely with the General Manager and the Reservation Manager to help keep our business running smoothly, as well as ensuring the movement of traffics and pickups
About the Role
Operations Quality Management :
Produce and distribute reports to relevant internal parties such as progress against targets, passenger numbers, expense reports etc.
Produce reports to track against forecast budgets and react to shortfalls in the budget
Monitor all complaints and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained
Manage, guide and follow-up the Quality Service and act as a Customer Administrator
About you
Bachelor’s degree in tourism & hospitality management, business administration or related field
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within DMC, travel agency or tour operator
Knowledge of the destination, Experience in the local tourism industry is a plus
English proficiency is a must, any other language is an asset
Excellent communication and organizational skills
