The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, alignment and execution of the Trust Re Group Marketing and Communication strategy.

As a functional expert, the Marketing Manager will develop the Company’s and team’s competence in marketing initiatives and ultimately work towards achieving the Company's growth targets.


The Marketing Manager will be a key business partner and will be responsible for developing and delivering a coherent business development strategy and promoting a wide range of products and services.

  • Developing and executing our marketing strategy and operational marketing plans.
  • Establish, nurture and positively impact long term relationships with both internal and external key stakeholders.
  • Accountable for planning and executing companywide marketing direction for the Company / Group.
  • Control marketing cost expenditure in line with the department budget.
  • Review and approve content plans and materials for publications and digital communication in line with the strategy.
  • Develop / build robust working relationships with all key stakeholders and enhance / solve complex marketing challenges
  • Responsible for reporting and communicating campaign results to the business and taking action and making recommendations accordingly.
  • Responsible for planning, overseeing and reporting the progress of all the corporate communication activities.
  • Acts as an internal resource to develop colleagues in marketing skills, both conceptually and practically.
  • Utilize project management processes to effectively implement strategies and campaigns across the Company.
  • Lead marketing activity in collaboration with operational head of department across the Group.
  • Deputise the Head of Corporate Communication as required.

    Successful candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar discipline. As a senior sales and marketing professional you have a proven track record in strategic B2B marketing, ideally gained within a financial services or insurance environments.

    Experience in marketing of corporate events, seminars or conferences would be advantageous. You'll need to be capable of developing and executing a business development and marketing strategy, producing compelling content and managing complex and often competing priorities.

    You will have extensive knowledge of the latest developments in marketing and have exposure to international markets. As an expert in marketing and business development, you'll be comfortable acting as a leader and mentor internally for all things marketing.
