Your main responsibilities will include :
Execution of projects according to agreed targets in terms of schedule, quality, HSE, financial results and customer satisfaction, act as primus inter pares among the PDs and / or Senior PMs of the Project Office.
Ensure that the local project office complies with all local legal, financial and regulatory requirements and that all procedures & processes of the Newco are implemented and adhered to in areas such as, but not limited to, HSE, procurement, logistics, project execution, facilities, local laws, regulations and human resource management.
Provide consolidated administration platforms for the delivery of the projects in the Country.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction, giving support if requested to sales and BDM organization.
Ensure the local implementation of any investment plan is defined at global and regional levels (branch development).
Act as representative of the Hub manager and all Hubs functions (e.g. Tendering, Project Management ) in the specific territory.
Ensure with the Hub functional managers guidance and HR support that the office is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.
Ensure HR development strategies in compliance with Newco guidelines / policies and needs, in respect of existing local regulations.
Ideally you should have a bachelor's degree in engineering with 10+ years of domain experience in managing projects with al legal and financial regulation along with experience with projects of different size, complexity and contractual types.
