THE ROLE

To improve the organization’s market position and achieve financial growth, you will work on defining long-term organizational strategic goals, build key customer relationships, identify business opportunities in different market / country, negotiate and closes business deals and maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions.

You'll manage and direct a sales force to achieve sales and profit goals within the region. Whilst managing multiple districts within a region, you'll adjust sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each district.

You will be responsible for designing and recommending sales programs and set short- and long-term sales strategies in line with the company’s overall strategy.

Continually evaluating and implementing appropriate new sales techniques, you'll work towards increasing the region's sales volume quarter on quarter.

In addition, you will collect relevant competitors' market information to increase sales volume and market share.

You will recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. Typically manage through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.

Provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.

Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or similar accreditation
  • Great communication skills to cover Networking, Persuasion, Prospecting, Public Speaking, Research, Writing, Closing Skills and Motivation for Sales.
  • Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Identification of Customer Needs and Challenges, Territory Management and Market Knowledge.
  • Proven experience managing and driving the performance of a sales team.
