Management of the stress
Responsible for all human resources activities to include employment compensation, labour relations, benefits and training and development.
Interview job applicants; review application / resume; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant's qualifications.
Develop and maintain relationship with employment agencies, institutes and other recruitment sources.
Prepare and maintain salary structure, job documentation, and job evaluation system.
Manage and explain benefits to employees and other related issues such as health insurance, indemnity, allowances etc
Recommend, develop and schedule training and development courses in coordination with the General Manager .
Evaluate procedures and technology solutions to improve human resources data management.
Maintain positive relationships, to increase job satisfaction
To be aware of all related government rules, regulations and relevant local laws.
Informs other departments of all Human Resources related matters which concern them.
Identifies training needs, develops formal training plans and implements training sessions in cooperation with ACCOR Academy.
Communicates to the General Manager all information likely to be of interest to them.
To comply with ACCOR values and principles and delegate them to his / her team members.
Fully aware of ACCOR and Mercure programs.
